DevMavens™

Influential Microsoft Software Developers

DevMavens is an exclusive, invitation-only group of influential Microsoft software developer bloggers. It includes Regional Directors, MVPs, INETA and conference speakers, authors, and ASPInsiders, and many DevMavens' are all of the above and more. Combined, these leaders of the Microsoft developer community have a following of over 29,084 RSS subscribers listening to the announcements, recommendations and tips that they regularly provide through their blogs - not to mention the thousands of unique visitors who find them every day through search engines.

For advertisers, DevMavens provides an opportunity to build their brand by associating it with many of these top influentials. Ads on sponsored DevMavens' sites are not sold by CPM, but rather by slots per month. The number of available slots each month will always be equal to or less than the total number of sponsored DevMavens in the group that month, and each advertiser is limited to a single slot. Sponsored DevMavens have agreed not to show any other ads on their blog, ensuring that advertisers purchasing slots get the full attention of each visitor.

The ads shown each month are in rotation across all sponsored DevMavens' sites. The ads are 120 pixels wide by 90 pixels tall and also allow for up to 80 characters of text to accompany the image. Ads are placed above the fold on each blog.

Availability

There are still advertiser slots available in September 2008 and the current special rate of $999 which includes 100,000 bonus spotlight ad impressions is valid through 31 August 2008.
